I have just happened upon a radio 4 programme called ‘Case Notes’ that airs on a Tuesday evening. It is 30 minute show hosted by Dr Mark Porter. Each episode covers a specific health / medical issue, many of which are nutrition related. I have just listened to a really great broadcast about good and bad fats. It backs up a lot of what I have tried to explain in previous blogs about fats. It is a well balanced programme without any contributors out to promote themselves or their goods or services, so it is unbiased and very informative.
