Tired all the Time

The most common complaint recorded in GPs surgeries in England and Wales last year was TATT or ‘Tired all the Time’

TATT is your body’s signal that something is out of kilter internally. It could be a nutritional deficiency, an immune system issue or a low grade infection that is preventing your body from functioning at its best. TATT can develop in to CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), M.E. (Myalgic Encephalopathy) or PVFS (Post-Viral Fatigue Syndrome).

Doctors generally offer little help because TATT has to be treated holistically i.e. working with the whole body rather than just focusing on getting rid of the symptoms. Nutritional medicine is known to be very effective in helping to overcome TATT and the other related illnesses.
